In the heart of South Beach, Aqaba, Jordan, where the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea meet the desert mountains, a family dream was born.
In 2004, two brothers founded Aqaba Adventure Divers with a simple vision: to share the incredible underwater world of Aqaba with visitors from around the globe. Their passion for diving, hospitality, and the sea became the foundation of a small family dive center that quickly earned the trust of divers from every corner of the world.
As the years passed, the business grew from a local dive center into a complete PADI Dive Center and Resort, offering professional diving courses, guided fun dives, snorkeling trips, and comfortable accommodation for travelers seeking unforgettable Red Sea adventures.
Built on honesty, safety, professionalism, and genuine Jordanian hospitality, Aqaba Adventure Divers has always believed that every guest should feel like part of the family. Those values remain unchanged today.
In 2014, one of the founding brothers moved abroad, and the next generation stepped forward to continue the family’s journey. What began as a partnership between two brothers evolved into a story of a father and son, working together to preserve the same passion and commitment that inspired the business from the beginning.
Today, with more than 20 years of experience, Aqaba Adventure Divers proudly welcomes divers and snorkelers of all levels to explore some of the Red Sea’s most famous sites, including the Cedar Pride Wreck, Japanese Garden, the Underwater Military Museum, the C-130 Hercules Wreck, and many of Aqaba’s vibrant coral reefs.
Whether you are discovering scuba diving for the first time, earning your PADI certification, or returning as an experienced diver, our mission remains the same: to provide safe, professional, and unforgettable underwater experiences while sharing our love for the Red Sea with every guest.

We are the best
Surrounded by the desert, mountains and the Red Sea the beautiful city of Aqaba is the vibrant center in the area. On a clear day you can see Israel, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and the fantastic must see of Wadi Rum and Petra is only a car ride away. The ancient city was founded almost 6.000 years ago and it has played a role in world history for thousands of years. In prehistoric time Aqaba was called Ayla and the town has been the scene of the Romans, Greeks, Christian Crusaders, Egyptians, and Turks and during the First World War Lawrence of Arabia was here.
The city is an amazing mix between what seems like 1001 nights and the 21. Century, Aqaba has accomplished to keep up with the surrounding world without losing its soul and heritage. On the streets of Aqaba you can find modern stores with IT supplies next to classic restaurants, cooking the local menu. A walk through the town center is a fascinating experience, no matter where you are from or who you are.
What Do We Do For The Environment
A Lot !!
The answer is; a lot, because we love our country and sea. First of all, we are a co-founder of the Aqaba Diving Association. Second, we play an important role in the activities of the Aqaba Marine Park by doing for example clean-up dives every week. And of course we recycle our washing water and use it to water the plants. We try to keep our planet healthy.

The Red Sea is known all over the world as one of the absolutely best places to dive, the water is pleasantly warm and the visibility is amazing, more than 30 meters sight is not unusual. The aquatic life is diverse and numerous. Here you can be fortunate to see micro life, Nudie Branch, Sea Horses, Anemone fish, Turtles, Manta Rays and Whale sharks.
There are many things that make Aqaba the best place to go diving in the red sea. The red sea along the shores of Aqaba, south beach is as good as you find it anywhere in the Red Sea, there are put extensive efforts into coral preservation and restriction on fishing which helps to assure that divers will meet lots of fish, shellfish, octopus, turtles and everything you wish to see. The local dive centers are very active in clean up dives and often the guests participate, this shows the involvement of both the local dive industry and the guests.
